Our People
The Founders
Our founders Gavin and Vince worked tirelessly to turn their passion for property into a labour of love. As relatively new investors back in 2009, they persevered through multiple challenges and figured out how to make designer homes accessible to everyone. With the help of a dedicated team, The Makeover Guys pioneered smart interiors; a strategic, cost-effective method of furnishing that increases rental value and enables tenants to live in better homes.
The Scientist
Our go-to person for all things property, Faizul started The Makeover Guys together with Gavin and Vince while building his own property consulting firm, FAR Capital. A best selling author of 2 books and a highly sought-after speaker & trainer, his ideas have helped formulate our passion for properties and shape our consultation strategies used to this day. When he’s not out conquering the market one property at a time, Faizul enjoys a quiet night in with his wife and kids.
